Main work on investments attraction is not finished, but only starts with a business plan preparation. We support regular contacts with many investment and credit organizations, know their needs and preferences, so we can help working with them.

As the work on project maintenance requires detailed understanding of its content and documents presented to an investor should be made out in the frames of unified methodology, we provide these services as the continuation of work on the project at the business plan development stage. Many banks are Alt-Invest software users, therefore business plans prepared by our specialists are accepted in these banks without any objections. These are all regional banks (branches)of Sberbank, VTB, Promstroybank St.Petersburg, Petrokommerz Group, Rosbank, Zenit, Vozrozhdenie and others.

Project presentation to investors

Objectives: To choose partners or investors. Presentation of the project.

Responsibilities:
Preparation of investment memorandum and presentation materials for potential investors, based on the results of project evaluation.
Formation of selection criteria for potential investors (partners).
Activities on project promotion (direct mail over personal Alt-Invest database and selected segment of organizations – potential investors, organization of meetings and presentations).
Participation in presentations of the project and negotiations with investors.

Result:
Project presentation, set for a road-show;
Recommendation on the choice of investors, contact information and collaboration conditions for the most suitable investors (banks, private equity funds, venture funds, private investors and corporations);
Investment memorandum.

The work can be fully done, till the eventual result, i.e. investment contract signification. It is the most complex scheme of collaboration; it can be accepted only after detailed acquaintance with the project.
